Information offered on this website is provided on an "as is" basis. Although we do our best to ensure authenticity, we cannot guarantee that any information is factually correct, nor undertake or warrant that information provided will be free from defects, errors or mistakes.
Pricing and availability
- The information contained in the pages within this site may be updated from time to time or may at times be out of date. It is also possible that some pages may contain technical inaccuracies and typographical errors. If you think that there is a mistake in any information on these pages, please contact us and if proven we will rectify any errors as soon as possible.
- When you use any service provided by this website such as Special Offers or Marketplace these terms and conditions will apply.
- All prices are shown inclusive of UK VAT. Prices do not include delivery charges unless stated. If a price does include delivery, this is for UK mainland only. Anywhere else such as the E.U. will be at additional cost.
- Where we do not supply goods via our on-line facility, price and availability must be confirmed via telephone or email
- Where we do supply goods via our on-line facility, if any goods become unavailable we will inform you as soon as possible. You can then agree to wait for the order to fulfilled or cancel your order.
Order processing
- Before placing any order, please ensure that the description meets your needs. If you are in any doubt please contact us on 020 8318 5755 or by using the email contact on the left
- Any order placed using prices from this website will be accepted as an offer to purchase at the stated price.
- The order placed will only be classed as a contract of sale upon dispatch of the goods when all monies have been paid.
- Where money has been accepted at the time of order as with Paypal and we find that the goods ordered have become unavailable, we will contact you and either agree a wait time or refund your money. If those goods cannot be replaced with like merchandise as in the case of a single 'Buy Now' offer, we reserve the right to refund your money.
- Any goods purchased by credit card will only be delivered to a registered address. We may need to verify your details during the order process to ensure that your credit card is not being used without your consent.
- Although we make every effort to ensure correct pricing of any items listed on the website, occasional errors and oversights may occur. If the price indicated has been reduced we will process the order without contacting you. If the price has increased or a pricing error is discovered prior to dispatch, we will contact you and offer at the new price or cancel the order.
Right to Cancel (Distance selling regulations)
These regulations apply to goods ordered via our website on-line and telephone order service that are delivered by third party carriers.
You have the right to cancel the sale within up to 7 working days from receipt of the goods, without penalty and without giving a reason. To allow us to process a refund the following details need to be complied with:
- The cancellation needs to be in writing via fax or email or in person
- The goods must not be damaged, used or soiled and must be in the original packing as sent to you. Such as - they must be in merchantable condition
- It will be your responsibility to return the goods at your expense. (We suggest that you insure the goods against transit damage)
- We suggest for your own peace of mind to contact us prior to returning any goods; refunds will not be offered for damaged or soiled goods, any such goods are liable to be returned
- Special orders, custom purchases or made up orders cannot be returned unless the goods are proved by us to be faulty or unsuitable for purpose
Damaged, incomplete or incorrectly supplied goods
When placing orders for goods delivered by carrier we will need to be informed within 3 working days of receiving your parcel whether any transit damage has occurred by telephone 020 8318 5755 or by emailing

Please check your goods at your earliest convenience to ensure that nothing is missing and that the order has been correctly executed
Trading Terms & Conditions
Terms and conditions are printed on the rear of any receipt issued for a contract of sale.
Repair & Storage Service
- Goods are left in our charge for repair, assessment or storage at the customer’s own risk.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure goods are safely packed for transport and where possible in the packing provided by the manufacturer before being lodged with us for repair.
- We will endeavour to complete any repair undertaken within the estimated timescale offered. If there is a delay, (e.g. waiting to receive parts from a supplier) we will inform you accordingly although we cannot be held responsible for third party statements or delivery failures. - (Force Majeure):-
- We will test to ensure repairs carried out by our suppliers or agents have been completed in accordance with your instructions but we will not be liable for an damage caused or ineffective repairs carried by them
- Estimates of repair cost must be paid for in advance. If you do not wish to proceed, costs are not refundable.
- We will inform you upon completion of a repair either by telephone or email. If repairs are not collected within three months of completion, we reserve the right to sell them to reclaim our costs.
- Our storage of goods service is offered on a weekly basis and charges do not include the packing of goods, collection, delivery or re-installation.
- Goods for storage must be packaged in accordance with manufacturer’s guidelines and we will not accept items for storage unless packing of sufficient quality is used.
- We do, however, offer a packing service and where possible will use supplier packing. This is a chargeable service.
- Our own insurance will cover goods left on our premises but we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to those products. Any compensation claims made will be passed to our insurers.
- If the goods lodged in our care are of sufficient quality to cumulatively exceed £5000 we suggest you take out independent insurance cover. We may offer such cover at extra cost.
- Any product brought in to us for service which was not originally purchased from Billy Vee Sound Systems will be subject to a £100 handling charge in addition to any carriage charges and service costs charged by the relevant manufacturer.
Liability
- Under no circumstance will ‘Billy Vee Sound Systems Ltd’, or their suppliers, be liable for any loss or damages, direct or indirect, incidental or consequential resulting from the use of this site.
- Our liability to be bound by any price error will only be legally binding upon dispatch, delivery, collection or installation of goods where all monies have been paid
- In any event:.
- Our liability to you regarding purchases shall not exceed the price paid for the goods.
- We shall have no liability for any matters arising which are outside our control
- Nothing within these terms and conditions shall limit any of your legal rights.
- We reserve the right to amend these terms & conditions when and where necessary.
